The main objective of this article has been to evaluate the effect that implementation EXPLORIA project had on Engineering Degree in Industrial Design and Product Development. aims develop an integrated competence map learning process, where subjects are no longer considered as isolated contents, by elaborating process competences outcomes a whole, global comprehensive learning. connects competencies different STEAM make up degree, designing logical, sequential incremental itinerary. Through concepts which foundations design based—shape, volume, colour, space structure—the defined levels: understanding, applying, experimenting developing, all taken from Bloom’s taxonomy. Mathematics is linked rest through active methodologies useful. This new methodology changes student’s affective domain towards mathematics positive emotions transformed into attitudes will improve result therefore, students’ academic results. To validate it, at end paper, results compared with previous years shown, well ad hoc survey assessment teaching methodology.
